Permanent Procrastination Kills Your Chance For Happiness And Success
Procrastination is probably the number 1 manifestation and happiness killer. It kills off self esteem, breeds depression, chokes you of life force, seriously lowers your energy and will make you ill over time.
Permanent procrastination is also one of the most difficult habits to change. Alas it can be done:

Most of us are unaware of our habits. They have been with us probably for most of our lives, feel familiar and we don\'t notice our problems until they become glaringly obvious, stopping our loves from working, literally. This is even more true for the chronic procrastinator. It is considered as clever to carefully weigh up every option before making any decisions. What if this procrastination habit is also your biggest block to moving forward in life and enjoying happy relationships, opportunities to make money and improved health?
We are so immersed in familiar behaviour that we are unaware how habitual behaviours like permanent procrastination are adversely affecting every aspect of our lives.
Our minds have devised a safety mechanism that makes us defend old habits believing that they are normal or even good for us when actually quite the opposite is true.

It is natural for born procrastinators to be critical of themselves. Self judgement and self criticism are sure fire ways to fuel procrastination. The constant niggles of self criticism also breed permanent unhappiness, but you may not even notice that you are engaging in this self destructive practice.
This is why I am asking you not to be so hard on yourself, and please don\'t judge yourself.
Instead rejoice, every time you become aware how your indecisiveness and the need to gather more and more information before you make a decision is stopping you from moving forward in your relationships, your business, your finances and any other aspect in your life.
Yes, and you should also rejoice when you notice how this permanent indecisiveness is affecting your general mood and energy levels, pulls you down and makes you feel listless, powerless unworthy and downright depressed.
These awarenesses will give fuel to your willingness to change the habit and propel you into action.
