I believe that it has never been more important now than ever before to find your inner truth.

The changes the world is experiencing right now are affecting all of us and how we view the world. Each one of us is transcending old truths and in the process emerging with new views of our reality.But we all experience it in different ways dependent on where we are in our  development. The process is often a challenging one. The old is fighting with the new. The immense volatility in the stock and commodity markets bears witness to what goes on in the world at large. 

I have said many a time before that our evolution is an ongoing process that is with us all the time, yet for the most part we are unaware of it, because our view of reality is still dominated by the assumption that there are fixed outside parameters that dictate our fortunes. We are so fixed on our linear view of the world that we miss the additional dimensions of our existence which are  actually more real then the world as we see it.

When chaos, which inevitably precedes all big shifts, or changes takes over, instead of hanging on to the old for hell or high water, we would be much better served letting go. If we can allow the crippling fear of the unknown to be our new inspiration we would find life so much easier to deal with. Our tenacious hanging on in there with plenty of stiff upper lip is actually pulling us away from universal forces, it is like insisting that gravity does not exist. .  

With every evolutionary shift old rules we have made for ourselves are gradually dissolving. The cosmos always demands its birthright; it has to evolve to the next level. This is the process of life.

This process, which we experience as unnerving chaos in our internal and external world is a natural phenomenon which is necessary in order to allow us to evolve as human beings. Indeed, chaos in our world is a necessary ingredient assisting the entire universe to evolve.

Contrary to commonly held beliefs there never is a disaster out there which we must meet with fear and resistance and fight in order to survive. These old responses are left overs from the cave age, literally. They are still subconscious and automatic though, hence it feels almost counter intuitive to let them go.
 
Whenever we react out of fear and are in judgement from our limited, old conditioning and are immersed in a fearful state of being we are separating ourselves from the universe. Indeed, we are separating ourselves from our very nature, which is in essence to be one with the cosmos.

 In fact, we are fighting against ourselves, literally attacking our own being with fear, anger, resentment, resistance and self denial.

I could also say that we are destroying the very thing we want to save: ourselves.

Once you understand how the universe works and that you are an inextricable and integral part of this universe you will not only realise that many of your actions are insane, but you will also realise that simply by accepting your role as part of the cosmos you can transcend the pains of resistance and fear.
   
  If you look at the financial markets you will see life unfolding on a graph. The markets reflect our emotions and this knowledge can be a great help in determining the shorter term as well as the longer term trends. If you are in flow with the universe you can access this flow in the markets too. This is what all great traders do.
 
  Understanding your true nature and the true nature of all things and doing what's necessary to get yourself into this state are the basic foundations of success in all areas of life, not only trading the markets. The markets just tend to  be more graphic than many other  situations in life. As i said, they are life expressed through a graph.
 
  Trading the markets has been and still is a great teacher  to me. Every day I get to feel if I am in touch with universal forces, or not. The daily practice of trading is almost like any other practice. It keeps me grounded and in touch with myself. The immediacy of the markets lets me know right away when I am straying off course, if I had not already noticed. Trading is like the universe, it is an exercise of viewing fractals of fractals repeating over and over again, but always in a slightly different way. And, just like the cosmos it is constantly evolving.
 
  This is just how the universe works and how we as human being function too. Pattern recognition is one of the keys to finding freedom and liberation from automatic conditioned responses. Once your awareness has grown and you recognise this elementary truth about life you are on the road to ultimate freedom and self actualisation.
